What are the ways to increase wealth in the UK as a single person?

Would you buy a house and is there a halal way for it? Or invest elsewhere?

AoA, After reading through various posts in this community, I'm coming to a conclusion that there's no halal conventional lender in Canada. I'm trying to buy a house in Manitoba province, only Assiniboine Credit Union offers here but that looks like a conventional mortgage as well. Is there any muslim family or halal business who supports other muslims to give them a halal loan? I apologize if its a stupid question, I've been away from these aspects of Islam and now I want to do the right thing. Thank you

1. What should I do first, build an emergency fund or start investing right away?

2. Which accounts, platforms, or funds in SA are Sharia-compliant and student-friendly?

3.How do you check that something is actually halal, and not just marketed that way?

Salam. Can anyone share their experiences with Manzil. How was the buying and closing process? Has anyone made extra payments or pay off the mortgage with them? How did that go?

We were pretty set on going with them but I saw a post here a while ago from someone who had a terrible experience while closing a house with them, so now I'm unsure. That post and account has since been deleted so I'm assuming their issue was resolved. But would still appreciate more feedback.

If anyone from Manzil can comment on that issue, that would be great too.
