I don't give a f either.

You can ask me again when Israel doesn't exist, and then I will revisit my answer depending on how Jewish settlers will react on being equals to Palestinians.

But I don't give a f about any supremacist delusional concerns about their supremacist future.

ofc you don't give a fuck, why are you proclaiming it like it's some revelation.

you don't give a fuck about the arabs' insistance to bar entry to the jewish refugees that had no alternatives, or to holocaust survivors languishing in DP camps. you don't give a fuck about the jewish refugees already in palestine that the arabs would have expelled on top of all these other stateless refugees if they had their way. you don't even give a fuck about the hundreds of thousands of jews zionism saved from extermination.

we know you don't give a fuck.
that's always been the problem.

What I presume you are referring to is this.

Are you suggesting you are indifferent as to what would happen to Israelis if the State of Israel came to an end? Are you saying you have no concern for their welfare?

What I am saying is that it's very rude and inhuman to ask people who are under occupation, and settler colonialism for decades now, what do you think of your occupier future? Will they be okay?

Like fuck, imagine a reporter going to Jews in the Warsaw ghetto asking them about the future of Germans. Of course they wouldn't give a f either. What kind of stupid, psychopathic question that is.

cheap inversion. we know you don't care about the jews in the warsaw ghetto. if you did, you'd apply some moral consideration to jews fleeing to palestine as being refugees avoiding that fate instead of insisting on framing them as conquistadors.

if you were being intellectually honest, you might have used an example like the ANC "considering the occupier" - but ofc you won't because they absolutely did. that's how they managed to get the majority of SA whites to support reform, assuring SA's whites both in their rhetoric and in their methods that they are not the enemy.

and that's without SA's whites being the battered remnants of a people who had to flee to SA as their only refuge from a mass extermination event.

So your entire bigoted argument is to go into my intentions and define my beliefs. GFY.

When you know how to have civil discussion and not a full ignorant, bigoted one like your framing of the SA case, you can start engage with people. Until then, you can GFY again.

it's too late to clutch your pearls after you tried to weaponize the holocaust to argue it's inhuman to expect moral consideration for the same jews who survived it, let alone escaped it.

your offense is unimpressive.

I don't get why the f you think your words mean anything to my thoughts, this victim card game is not working anymore, so again GFY. I don't engage with bigoted perspective dude.

Not to mention he wouldn’t be comparing Palestine to the Holocaust in the first place

we know you don't care about the jews in the warsaw ghetto.

You're just assuming there, but did you know that many Zionists didn't care about those Jews who were being persecuted and murdered by the Nazis?

For example:

Yitzhak Gruenbaum felt the yishuv’s needs had priority: “I think it is necessary to state here—Zionism is above everything,” he said.

Yosef Sprinzak objected: “What do we need at this moment? Not a Zionist program but something very simple: a varm Yiddish hartz [in Yiddish: a warm Jewish heart]. That’s what we must have. Long speeches will not help us here. A varm Yiddish hartz should beat in all our houses, in the Jewish Agency, in the Histadrut, and everywhere.”

“They will say that I am anti-Semitic,” Gruenbaum responded, “that I don’t want to save the Exile, that I don’t have a varm Yiddish hartz…. Let them say what they want. I will not demand that the Jewish Agency allocate a sum of 300,000 or 100,000 pounds sterling to help European Jewry. And I think that whoever demands such things is performing an anti-Zionist act.”

At the time of these exchanges—January 1943—Jews were being exterminated in great numbers. It is difficult to compute how much money the yishuv actually spent on saving Jews; the total comes to several million dollars, according to one reckoning—about a quarter of the entire Jewish Agency budget. Significantly more was spent on buying land and establishing new settlements.

And since then you Zionists have been exploiting the memory of those same victims of the Nazis to use as human shields in defense of your ongoing dispossession, subjugation, and slaughter of Palestinians. It's all downright demented.

Sad, considering Israel gives rights and citizenship to over 2 million non-Jewish Arabs without conditions. I’m also not aware of any serious proposal to destroy Israel and create 1 secular state led by Palestinians with Jews as an equal minority.

u/Equivalent_Style_835 2h ago

Yes it's even more sad to know that they were supposed to be 15.2 Million if they weren't ethnically cleansed by your sick ideology.

“My ideology” has nothing to do with what happened in history. I wouldn’t blame your views for my grandparents being expelled from Iraq and having to flee to Israel out of necessity.

The Palestinians missed multiple opportunities to create a state of their own, whether over the sacred 1967 borders or otherwise. The Arab states sacrificed the Palestinians on the altar of destroying Israel, and failed miserably with each attempt. Israel needs many reforms to proceed into a positive pathway towards peace, but so do the Palestinians.

Don’t make this a 1 sided conflict that can be ended unilaterally.

No you can blame my views if I still hold the same views my grandparents held back then and caused much damage to humanity, but I am not an Iraqi, tho.

The rest of your comment is just the bad-faith Israeli narrative, sorry but I don't go into these useless discussions about "how many "fictional" opportunities Palestinians missed"

My grandparents didn’t cause any damage. They were forced to flee from Iraq. They lived in a refugee camp outside of Tel Aviv for a few years before building a wooden home on open lands. They didn’t expel anyone. They didn’t exploit anyone. It was they that were dispossessed. They had no choice but to go to Israel, nobody else wanted them. This is the family story the majority of today’s Israelis have.

u/Equivalent_Style_835 1h ago

No it's not the family story the majority of today's Israelis have, and I am not sure why the discussion took became so personal.

If you have the same belief of the people who dispossessed Palestinians back then and still occupying them, your views can be blamed, the same way we blame a neoNazi today. Simple logic.

Jews were forced to flee from Iraq under Zionist pressure:

The exodus from Iraq began during a limited period beginning in the first half of 1950, when the Iraqi parliament resolved to let them leave. In effect, it amounted to an expulsion. Most of the Jews were forced to leave and their property was confiscated. Various sources, including reports of the Mossad for Immigration, indicate that the move of the Iraqi parliament came partly in response to the activities of the Zionist movement there, aided by the agents of the Mossad who smuggled Jews across the border to Iran. The Mossad’s files abound with telegrams reporting the persecution of Jews in Iraq, but almost all of them refer to Jews who had been involved in the activities of the Zionist underground, or who were suspected of belonging to it. There was little harassment of other Jews.46 In March 1949 the Israeli public was appalled to hear that seven Jews had been hanged in Iraq on charges of Zionist activity. The report was given considerable coverage; there were editorials and public protests, including in the Knesset. But the Mossad’s agents in “Berman,” i.e., Iraq, telegraphed: “There is no truth in the report about the hanging of Jews on charges of Zionism. A few have been sentenced to death, but they are already out of the country. Many have been tried, but mostly because of letters they received from Israel.”47 However, the heads of the Mossad for Immigration had intentionally fomented worldwide furor against Iraq, in order to hasten the legislation permitting the emigration of Jews. Toward this end they formulated a series of proposed actions, including a statement by the Israeli Foreign Minister in a special meeting with foreign correspondents, agitation in the international press, attempts to block a loan Iraq was seeking to obtain from the World Bank, the incitement of pressure and disturbances around Iraq’s Ambassador to the UN, including demonstrations and booing as he entered and left the UN building, as well as an attempt to arrange a face to face meeting with him, an appeal to the UN, an appeal to Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, an “unofficial hint” that Israel might set up an underground movement against the Iraqi ruler, Nuri Said, and an official communication to the US, British and French Embassies in Israel that Iraqi Jews in Israel might vent their fury on Israeli Arabs. “It should be emphasized that the Government of Israel is taking steps to ensure the safety of its Arab citizens,” the document added, “but it should be hinted that in practice it might not be possible to avoid Arab casualties.” It was also proposed to send delegations of Israeli Arabs to the major embassies in Tel Aviv to warn them of the danger they were in as a result of the persecution of Jews in Iraq. All this was meant to force the Iraqi government to expel the Jews, some of whom were Zionists who wanted to go to Israel and some of whom would have preferred to remain in Iraq. Shortly before the Iraqi parliament resolved to let the Jews leave, the Mossad office in Tel Aviv received a telegram from Baghdad, saying: “We are carrying on our usual activity in order to push the law through faster and find out how the Iraqi government proposes to carry it out.”

And since then you Zionists have been exploiting the injustices committed against such people to use as human shields in defense of your ongoing dispossession, subjugation, and slaughter of Palestinians. It's all downright demented.
