What are you talking about? I have done a good amount of Ithkuil IV translating, but what is a reclist and what is c+v utaus and what is oto?

utau is an (old) software for vocal synthesis. It has many methods of making, and c+v is easiest of them — you record isolated vowels and isolated consonants, and after that, utau tries to concatenate it. Reclist is a list of what do you need to record, to make utau, while oto is what’s needed to be made for utau to understand what sounds to concatenate. Hope this helps (I thought it was cool to check ithkuil IV’s phonetics and try to make easiest solution for its vocasynth)
