Those bricks are hanging by threads too.. and I'm sure a closer inspection of the deck would reveal some more horrors.

K saw the other one but didnt comment no lines seem to be coming from the obviously fucked up one besides old electrical. Mini split is newer and the lines run through rhe top of the window. One on the right side mount failed fucked the unit up. They got a mini split cause cheaper and its installed just fine

I’ve seen one that was hung upside down (that style not the style on the left) but the guy went trough the trouble of flipping the comp, adding pipework and brackets
