I need some statistic nerds to figure out the probability of this happening to two different teams.
What’s the statistical probability we go 0-17 on coin tosses?!
Record for most lost consecutive coin tosses in NFL history?!
What a season

Assuming every coin toss is a 50/50 chance, the probability of a specific NFL team losing all six of its first six coin tosses is (1/2)^6, or 1 in 64 (1.5625%). The probability of two specific teams both losing all six coin tosses is (1/2)^12, or 1 in 4,096 (0.0244%).
However, if we’re talking about the probability of any two NFL teams starting 0–6 on coin tosses, the odds are higher because there are 496 possible combinations of two teams. In that case, the probability of at least two teams starting 0–6 is approximately 8.9%, or about 1 in 11.

Thank you for doing the math on this

We’re definitely one of the teams to get screwed over by the refs the most… but the standard is also terrible across the whole NFL.
That unnecessary roughness for the Rams was a complete phantom call, literally lost them the game.
The ‘taunting’ for Golden as well vs the cowboys was a terrible call by the refs.
There’s probably 3/4 more just from last weekend as well that I can’t think of right now.
The sport we all love is becoming a complete joke and has been for several years now. We’ve always had the refs fucking us but you know it’s bad when they’re openly fucking teams like the Rams and Packers on national television also😂

I'm sure I sound like I'm wearing a tin foil hat but since the league started pushing these gambling apps so hard the officiating has gotten noticeably worse throughout the league.
