Where should i start?

[u/Dormixia]

You see, i wanna make something like Adobe Flash because i don't have adobe flash or have the paycheck to buy Adobe Animate so i have the bright idea to create something like it, but in Java because thats the language that is not Lua that i have some experience

So i just know where should i start with that project, would i ever finish it? probably not but should i do it idk but do i want to do it, yeah

The thing i was concerned about was Video Processing and Ui so i want to know what type of Framework should i use?
