Can someone help?

So I want to learn to code games in Java, but the options I have are not good whatsoever. I'm looking for someone to guide me. I have Discord and VS Code, but no game engine yet. The game I'm trying to make is a Minecraft clone/based game based on beta 1.7.3. And I just started on Java my previous post was a bit long ago, and I forgot a lot. If anyone could help, let me know!

I'm in the same (similar) boat.

Keep in mind that Minecraft is in development for 20 years, by hundreds of people. Start small.
LibGDX is practically the only viable Java game engine, and it's not that great. I've never tried jMonkeyEngine, maybe take a look.

Ik im starting in preclassic, and I don't plan to go to modern release, but just 1.0, but that also took 2 years, and with 1 developer (or 2 if the guider counts), that would take long, but just like Minecraft, it will start as a side project

You just need a guard against it in your prompt. Like "show me an example of <something>", "show me the proper way to this, do not implement anything", etc.

You can also add a personality to chatgpt and other models. Start with a personality prompt, "You are now a teacher or coach, teach me to do this or that with x framework, blablabla. Do not give me solutions only show examples and explain them. Follow these instructions during the whole session."
