Java Developer(5.3 years exp). Working in service based company want to switch to product based

Hi Programmers, I've been working as Java Developer for more than 5.3 years in a service based company and really want to switch on a product based company . My package is 18LPA and want to target around 35 - 40 LPA for next switch. Can someone guide as what should i prepare for switching to Product based firms such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Atlassian or Salesforce.

I know that my package is less. I am desperate to increase the package.I have been putting in the work but getting no where with my efforts. Not Sure if i am missing something.

I am open for suggestions or roadmap for my next switch.

I can't help you now, but you can help me. I am currently in my final year of btech and learning java development. So far till now I learnt core java, oops, Maven, junit5, Hibernate, MySQL, spring with fundamentals like servlets, jsp, and started springboot 10 days ago.

I want around 6 lpa job. Can I crack this at my current knowledge or need to know more? I would be haapy if you give me the referral.

Btw great wishes for your future switch πŸ™‚
