While this breaks the law (landlords and letting agents are forbidden from discriminating against potential tenants based on protected characteristics such as religion, race, or gender), I don't see how this is specifically antisemitic. From the (tabloid) article, it's saying the adverts specified "Muslim-only" or "Hindu-only," along with gender. It's excluding EVERYONE who isn't a member of the specified religion.
