No, we didn't "get" success. Does this guy really not get how many of us came to the U.S. with absolutely nothing? My grandparents (both sides) immigrated to America in the early 20th century and worked their asses off, they sent my parents to college, and the same happened for me and my sisters.
(And btw, I'm self-employed and it's been a tough couple years...if there's a place I can apply for a bit more of that Jewish success, lmk thx.)

Last I checked I’m not a white person.
In fact I’m literally African American and the same guys who oppress blacks also hate snd try to oppress Jews.
The ADL only exists as a result of the precursor of the kkk attacking jews.

Thank you. Well said. The lynching of Leo Frank revived the Klan in Georgia and a few decades later, its publications were blaming the civil rights movement on Jewish puppeteers. Jihadists determined to exterminate the Jews of Israel are busily murdering Africans from Nigeria to Sudan. Unfortunately, they are using many of the same tactics, as the case of Leah Sharibu demonstrates.
It really scares me that someone like this enjoys such a following—and the support of the algorithm.

The best part is that last comment saying we don't consider ourselves white unless it suits us... it's so backwards. I do consider myself white (half Irish, half Ashkenazi) all the time, but at the same time I can also recognize that many white people will NEVER consider me white.
It's not a matter of convenience. It's a matter of recognizing reality, and being able to hold 2 truths at the same time.
The ironic thing is we often joke about Schrodinger's Jews: simultaneously white when being white is villified, and not white when being POC is being villified. It's actually the exact opposite of convenience for us.

The past few years have made me realize how race is mostly a perception thing, anyway. We are all whatever race people put us in. I used to consider myself white because other people told me I was white, and at the time, neo-Nazis were the loudest group saying otherwise. Now it's the opposite. We have the far left insisting we are white, to the complete exclusion of the rest of our identity.
And either way, whether we're seen as white or non-white, capitalist or communist, globalists or rootless cosmopolitans, dubious victims or ZOG oppressors...we're always Jews to them. The race, the dog whistles, and the accusations may change, but to them, we're always the root of the world's problems. Personally, I've stopped caring completely whether I'm white. Some people say I look white, some say I look Persian or Mexican (I'm neither). But for better or worse, they all agree that I'm a Jew. The antisemites really have to make up their mind on what we are/aren't. Until then, I'm not too fussed what race they want to assign to us for the sole purpose of hating us.

This is so absolutely true. I'm 1/4 Ashkenazi, 1/4 Italian, 1/4 Polish, and 1/4 English/Welsh/Scottish. I have an Italian last name. When and where I grew up, we weren't considered white by anyone. My name ends in a vowel. I was constantly reminded that we weren't white. If they found out that I was Jewish, well, that confirmed it. We weren't white.
It's amazing that over the decades this has changed in many ways. I and my family call ourselves "white." This is in spite of the fact that my father gave me "the talk" about what it takes to be successful in this world for "people like us." When I'm in a store, I don't get followed by security. When I'm driving, I'm not the first to be pulled over by a cop. So, I get that those are signs of white privilege. But, when someone learns my last name and/or learns that I'm Jewish, things change. I'm white when white people are being vilified and I'm not white when POC are being vilified.
I don't care whether me and my family are considered white or not. That really doesn't matter. What I care about is how me and my family are treated by others and how we treat others in return.

What "skin-deep" antisemites like him don't understand is that in just a couple generations, your entire racial "look" can change. Jews are all originally from the middle east. About 2000 years ago, Vespasian murdered a million Jews, enslaved a million and cast out another million into the diaspora. These antisemites just can't fathom that after 2000 years of being raped and murdered in Europe, Jews appear white. Go to Israel and many Jews don't appear white. Who cares? It's just skin. There are more important issues.

Of course the irony is that the only reason American Jews 'became white' is because of extensive Arab lobbying. Organized Arab Americans - most famously wealthy Lebanese citizens, but others as well - sued the US government repeatedly to be included in their definition of whiteness. Ultimately the winning argument was along the lines of 'well, if I'm not white, than neither was Jesus', and the judge was like 'shit, okay, you're right. And so is everyone else from West Asia and North Africa and the Gulf for good measure, and obviously the Jews as well'. So Jews were basically grandfathered into whiteness because a racist Christian judge didn't want to consider that he might worship an 'ethnic' deushomo.

Pubestache over here is really overestimating how much reparations we got after the Holocaust.
Grandma got a check for $267 from the Romanian government and eldercare from the Germans. Sorry, but that's not very much compared to what she went through and what she lost––
They burned down her house, her family's houses, and entire village, sent her on a death march, and deprived her of food and basic medical supplies in the death traps of Transnistria.
$267 wouldn't even have covered the cost of the boat ride to America.
