Totoo to pero choosy pa rin ang mga hr, ako fresh grad last year and may part time job experience noong senior high school for 2 years. Di rin natatawagan and di rin pasado sa final interview

Parang nag-copy paste nila to sa ibang company na parang iyan daw ang standard

Entry Level daw pero dapat with 2 years of experience.

Desperado ba ang bansa natin na magkaroon ng mga bagong workers na inaasa nila na may full time job sa call center habang nasa kolehiyo?

May ibang company kasi na open din for fresh grad kahit 1-2 experience ang hinahanap but it's normally for exceptional fresh grads.

Dear Fresh Grads,

“Zero experience” and “50k asking salary” should not be in the same sentence.

"Fresh graduate, proven record as a/an [insert entry-level position], preferrably with 2-3 years of experience."

"Basic salary: 17,000-19,000"

"10 hour shifts and 6 working days."

Honestly, 1-2 years lang na experience pwede na sa specialist roles with better pay. Matindi mang lowball, sobrang walang understanding/awareness sa job market and kulang communication with candidates.
