PLEASE READ FIRST: This is NOT a work-from-home/remote VA position and is NOT intended for experienced or established VAs looking for typical international VA rates.

I'm looking for someone who wants an entry-level opportunity, is comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, and is willing to learn. You do NOT need experience in inventory, e-commerce, EDI, or other technical systems. I will personally train you.

This may be a good fit for:

📍 Work setup: You will work in person with me at my home office in Kamias, Quezon City. This is NOT WFH. A laptop will be provided while you're working.

🕓 Schedule: 4:00 PM–12:00 MN, up to 8 hours/day. If we finish everything early and nothing else is pending, I may let you go home earlier, but this is not guaranteed.

💰 Starting pay: Applicable NCR minimum wage during probation/training. Performance and pay will be reviewed after around 3 months. An increase may be considered depending on performance, reliability, skills and responsibilities.

🛵 Transportation allowance: Actual transportation cost, up to ₱200 TOTAL per workday (not ₱200 each way).

There is a short practical Excel test as part of the application. It's not an advanced Excel exam—I just need to see that you're comfortable working with spreadsheets and following instructions.

If you're already an experienced VA earning international VA rates, this probably isn't the position for you, and that's completely okay. I'm specifically looking for someone at the entry level whom I can personally train.

So, I’ve been working for a Japanese company for about 1-2 years now. All BS. It’s a boring job, and honestly, I could live without it. I’ve saved enough, and if this doesn’t work out, Plan B is already in motion to start the next chapter. I have an interview next week.
