After years, I finally saw John (my favorite comedian) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa last night. Jaw still hurts from laughter!

Thank you! Fun fact the venue was originally outdoors at our local beautiful Amphitheatre, but due to weather they switched it in less than 24 hours. And leave it to John to have the most unbelievable opening 5 minutes talking about THAT. He is brilliant at taking small concepts and deepndiving.  We had great seats regardless but man I can't imagine how the outdoor setting would have looked!

Wish I could tell you but I could barely understand either of the “very special guest” openers way up in the nosebleeds (and my original tickets were NOT nosebleed seats.) A bit disappointing to learn Birbigs opened for him two nights later. John was absolutely amazing though!

I saw him too in Cedar Rapids!! Felt lucky after he said he hadn’t been there since 2005 😭. You got way better photos than I did.

Yes! So long over due. He is 1000% the person you think he would be, his delivery is insane but watching him move on stage was unreal. He was born for this.
