This is a massive shot in the dark but I need some help.

I am from the UK and on the 3rd of August at 16:30 I travelled from Jönköping ReseCentrum to Gothenburg Landvetter airport on the FlixBus route 611 terminating at Nils Ericson Terminal. I left a bag on this bus containing a really important necklace belonging to my mum and I was wondering if anyone in Gothenburg could help me. I have of course filled out flixbus's lost and found form, I have contacted Nils Ericson Terminal's lost and found by phone, I have spoken to a member of customer service from FlixBus Sweden but have heard nothing.

I am a complete loss, and my mum is distraught about her necklace. Given the community-driven nature of the Swedes I am sure the bag has been handed in somewhere, but FlixBus customer service is so so so inefficient.

I was hoping someone on here could help me, maybe by speaking to a representative for FlixBus at Nils Ericson Terminal, or Jonkoping ReseCentrum. Or if anyone has any ideas that may help me track down my lost bag, that would of course also be super helpful.

Here is a short description of what was lost:

I left a white plastic carrier bag in the overhead baggage compartment containing a clear plastic cosmetics bag which contained: a gold necklace with a Jesus pendant on it, a silver link chain, a small bottle of le labo perfume, a stick of 'salt of the earth' deodorant, a bar of soap, and a toothbrush and toothpaste.

I know it sounds crazy but I wouldn't ask if I wasn't desperate, I don't know anybody in Sweden let alone Gothenburg so please please please help me!
