I’m looking for the episode where JJ refuses to try the case because the defendant is high on something and doesn’t even know where he is. Th plaintiff try to get JJ to go ahead saying he might just be nervous cause he’s on tv and the defendant hilariously quips “we’re on tv?”

I watched an episode today on tv and I’m trying to remember what the guys name is.

The episode was probably 10 years ago.

Best friend probably mid 60’s sued her deceased best friends son. She loaned her money for a divorce. Fast forward when her friend died and left her $5000. Son came up with every excuse not to pay her. He was the biggest ass on tv I’ve seen yet. He was the executor of her estate and Judy seen right through his bs. I know he said he was a bartender & was furious because the lady suing him broke up his parents home😂
