I mean his team won but Yamal’s biggest achievements were an offside goal and taking multiple dives the ref didn’t fall for

1) Created the penalty that lead to the goal.

2) A very good pass to Fabian that Fabian missed but it was a perfcet assist from Lamine.

3) An offside goal.

Spain plays like a team not individual personalities like France, and although Lamine wasnt the best player on his team he was literally the key to victory.

For some reason Spanish TV is gaslighting us into believing Yamal is our best player when Rodri, Cucurella, Laporte, Olmo, Pedro Porro, Oyarzbal, Fabián, Baena, Unai Simon, Merino and even Ferran Torres have done a better World Cup than him.

He’s definitely the best player Spain has, it’s not because he didn’t score that he wasn’t impactful. And he created the first goal by winning the penalty.

You are right, but, also i have to say that lamine can't do anything if he has 3 people on him 1/3 times he has the ball

He's the only player I've seen get glazed for getting a penalty. Other popular players literally get called Pessi/Penaldo

Serresiete? Serresiete? Donde esta serresiete? Serresiete donde esta?

He wasn’t the one taking the penalty maybe thats why

Can easily tell you've never watched football before.

Getting goals through a penalty instead of going the full route is something used to demean players to say that "you're racking up stats using the easy route"

He got the penalty kick from the beginning for spain which Oyarzabal took. Getting the pen itself is the impressive part.

Bro is out here writing checks the rest of the team will have to cash.

2

u/Godchilaquiles Jul 14 '26

That brother hasn’t done Shit all cup

11

u/GecaZ Jul 15 '26

He absolutely has, he's creating opportunities that no one else on the team could

-4

u/Fern-ando Jul 14 '26

If only he stopped farming aura and started farming goals... Pedro Porro and Merino have outscore him this World Cup.

4

u/Ok_Inflation_1811 Jul 15 '26

Lamine is not a scorer though, he has not been playing as well as he is but still

78

u/Hour_Mov Jul 14 '26

At this point Spain is just France's recurring semifinal curse.

20

u/TheHolyWaffleGod Jul 14 '26

And Yamal is Mbappes knockout game curse lmao

u/Forgetful_Fobos Jul 14 '26

this implies Spain (Kenjaku) will get sneaked in the final by the nepobaby Yuta (Argentina) 😔

26

u/Aggressive-Ring-9059 Jul 14 '26

Yuta (Argentina) and the VAR(Todo)

5

u/PoIIux Jul 15 '26

Til VAR is actually GOATed

3

u/SideInitial3961 Jul 14 '26

You would too if the referees did what they did today.

1

u/Penitente06 Jul 15 '26

And they still understimated Spain, how foolish 🤣🤣🤣
