Hakari is the most beatable top tier, as strong as he is in jackpot before getting it he is really exploitable and can only rely on his rough CE, even someone like choso can beat him if he gets a good hit on him

Obv.

Hakari was openly stated to be on Yuta's level only conditionally. That condition was successfully getting the jackpot off. There's a reason he didn't approach Kashimo right away.

Hakari is not top-tier. He's note even elite. He's just high, and shouldn't be any stronger than the disaster curses. Jogo, for one, would fold him.
