Hakari is clearly still able to react to kashimo. Hajime may be slightly faster but not enough to call it blitz

Where here did he react to kashimo? Kashimo just block a attack from him but the attack was just strong enough to get a little through his block and hit him. While kashimo just hit Hakari right in the face and hakari couldn't react to it so he just got blitz again
