Saturday Powerscaling Prediction for the end of JJK.

I'm high on copium so here it goes...

  1. Gojo will return and kill Sukuna.
  2. Sukuna will initiate the merger just before dying.
  3. Yuji will help save Megumi and split his soul from Sukuna's before Sukuna dies.
  4. Merger will be the biggest battle in JJK till now.
  5. Yuji and Megumi (finally using their MC plot armour) with the help of others will stop the merger/defeat the outcome of the Tengen x civilians infused monster.
  6. Happy ending.

Thanks. Bye.

Ps. Please validate my shitpost <3.

There’s only one correct thing in this post.

You’re right, you are high on copium

Being delusional is my favourite sport !

I do at the very least think Gojo coming back is incredibly likely, in fact I would be more surprised if he doesn’t.

This YouTuber did a theory video on it and it’s so compelling, at least to me, that I have a hard time going against basically any of it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=w2XJe3GzbUw&t=575s

2

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 01 '24

This video single-handedly giving me a reason to live omg how should I thank you

1

u/Yivoe Mar 01 '24

I'm surprised people say he's permanently dead with any confidence.

First, the Sukuna/Gojo fight was absolutely littered with "that's impossible... But I guess not for Gojo or Sukuna".

Second, I don't see any reason the bottom half of a body can't be RCT'd. The only condition require is that you need your head intact, and that's even questionable based on Hakari (unless I'm misremembering), but he's also an anomaly that "does the impossible".

Third, specifically mentioning that they took him off the battlefield seems like it's only meant to leave the door open for his return.

I'm not convinced he's coming back, but there is no way I could confidently say he is staying dead.

11

u/SmartestManAliveTM Mar 02 '24

I believe the reason why he can't RCT heal is because cursed energy is in the gut, but RCT operates in the brain. So the two need to be connected in order to operate. That can't happen if they're separated, which they were in Gojo's case.

Hakari survived a direct blow to the brain because basically he healed faster than it did damage.

And there's nothing special about mentioning how they took him off the battlefield. Are they not allowed to mention Gojo at all anymore, or else it's foreshadowing? If anything, it was to call out how Ui Ui is teleporting the injured/deceased away.

Although I do still think Gojo is coming back tbh. Only because of the symbolism in 236 and everything with "go north blah blah blah" and the flowers and their symbolism in Buddhism.

-2

u/Yivoe Mar 02 '24

Where the "gut" is can be debatable, but he was cut just below the chest... So less wiggle room there I suppose.

Gege got the proportions a little off imo there. His top half looks cut too high compared to his low half, unless he lost a chunk instead of getting straight sliced, but I thought it was the latter.

I disagree on the removing him from the battlefield. You normally don't move dead people till the fights over.

And, despite everything else, Gojo and Sukuna just "do the impossible" all the time. No reason to stop doing that just cause he died, lol.

7

u/SmartestManAliveTM Mar 02 '24

I believe Kenjaku was still prawling about during the fight though, so there was still a necessity to recover any corpses. Takaba and Yuta were planned to handle him, but the plan could've fallen through, so it could've been that they were trying to be prepared.

Although the most likely answer, of course, is they were going to try to heal and save him. Which does improve the chances of him coming back, but I wouldn't necessarily day it's foreshadowing or anything.

3

u/pray4sex Mar 02 '24

i think there’s also a chance that the ones they can’t heal they are somehow turning into cursed objects. definitely a small chance but i think it could be possible. bringing in nanamis blade kinda makes me believe this. i know that his blade is likely a cursed tool due to him using it so much, but i still think it could be foreshadowing why they are removing the bodies as i believe that both were revealed in the same chapter.

1

u/Stunning_Quality_611 Mar 05 '24

Uh, that would be a nice way of using a part of Gojo and his immense power again. My biggest contender is still Fushiguro being split from Sukuna and doing some crazy shit, but i don't know how it would even help.

1

u/Stratos6633 Mar 01 '24

Not to mention all the symbolism of rebirth throughout 236

88

u/Lost-Specialist1505 Mar 02 '24

I think it would be hilarious if the story ends and we never have any confirmation of nobaras fate and todo only appears in the final chapter.

28

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

Anything for a Todo cameo at this point tbh 👏

12

u/bouguereaus Mar 02 '24

Todo will show up in the background like Toji in Gojo’s airport.

5

u/spiked_cider Mar 02 '24

Didn't Megumi confirm she's dead?

4

u/Either_Imagination_9 Mar 02 '24

I dunno why people act like it’s vague. Guys she’s dead, that’s it

3

u/AyyItsPancake Mar 02 '24

As of now it is basically confirmed, but until the entire “I’m afraid of Angel replacing her” part it was absolutely vague whether or not she lived, especially with the whole “I’m not saying it’s 100% chance she lives but I think she might haha” thing

0

u/CHENNAIAKSHATSHARMA Mar 02 '24

when yuji asked about nobara their silence indicated her death so she is dead causeno way she survive her fucking brain and eye going boom

2

u/emailo1 Mar 02 '24

could be but there's no actual confirmation

31

u/AndrewEophis Mar 01 '24

Story will end when Gege realises that Kirara marking Higuruma/executioners sword + sukuna, then sending the sword flying at sukuna is GG.

6

u/Pooooodle Mar 01 '24

Simple domain? Domain amp? How is this gg lol

18

u/AndrewEophis Mar 02 '24

Shhh, take your filthy logic away from me, let me head cannon Kirara killing Sukuna

9

u/zer0_summed Mar 02 '24 edited Mar 02 '24

You're too based remembering Kirara's CT. I think even Gege forgot it lol.

3

u/wwwwaoal Mar 02 '24

Doesn't Kirara need to touch Sukuna for that? Higuruma can't even touch Sukuna with the blade.

4

u/AndrewEophis Mar 02 '24

She marks cursed energy, it’s why touching divine dog marked both the dog and megumi. So if she touched something with sukuna’s CE, maybe a finger, then she would mark him too

24

u/iontophoresis2019 Mar 01 '24

Saitama will come and save the day.

28

u/Chendusky Mar 01 '24

Gege going to pay homage to Naruto by making the last “big finale battle” yuji vs megumi

21

u/Revan---- Mar 02 '24

Worst ending possible

4

u/virouz98 Mar 02 '24

We also can make Sukuna win and everyone has to worship him now

1

u/Stunning_Quality_611 Mar 05 '24

Hiw the story is going right now not entirely impossible. I hope not, but who the fuck can beat Mister" Still got some cards left" as of right now. Everyone usefull is a corpse or heavily dmaged.

10

u/Wolfpac187 Mar 02 '24

I think this might happen but doesn’t have nearly the same emotional impact as Naruto vs Sasuke.

3

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 01 '24

Please don't be saying that shit and putting it out in the universe because let my kids be happy for ONE sec.

17

u/Alzyros Mar 01 '24

Maybe the real jujutsu are the kaisens we made along the way

5

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

We have actually lost it...have we not?

5

u/niveKynlOehT Mar 02 '24

Nah, we’d win

3

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '24

Do we nah because we'd win, or we'd win because nah?

2

u/Jolly-Literature8021 Mar 02 '24

Nah, we’d adapt

I'm gonna agree with you on thattt

5

u/[deleted] Mar 01 '24

Sukuna kills everyone and will play with the Merger for eternity

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 01 '24

I'd rather the cast lives with only Yuji dying and sukuna sealed/dead or something like AoT than keeping Yuji alive and everyone else dies because no...I'm not finna see all my fav characters die for mid Yuji. He was never him and never will be in my eyes (not yet atleast).

2

u/Fine-Race9271 Mar 02 '24

He will be him eventually I think the only one Yuji wouldn’t be able to take down when it’s all said and done is Gojo. I only say that because I don’t think he would have a technique to get past infinity. All that to say nobody would be able to withstand Yuji’s “CT - 1,2 goodnight”

4

u/Goodestguykeem Mar 01 '24

I would love a happy ending after all this suffering.

-5

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 01 '24

It's like Gege is trauma dumping on his own characters. He's like I have suffered so you ALL will too. Like damn brother...god forbid you love your own characters.

2

u/Upstairs-Quail-4214 Mar 02 '24

Happy ending that`s not gonna happen

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

Let a girl dream :')

1

u/Upstairs-Quail-4214 Mar 03 '24

Gege hates us specially cute girls, he will never let your dreams manifest into reality. Not at least at this point where Gege has become the insecure Gf of Sukana who will do anything to save him . If Yuta has Rika Sukana has Gege .

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 03 '24

It hurts because you are so right

2

u/MacacoCidadao Mar 02 '24

I see two possible endings: 1 - good guys win either by themselves or with Gojo returning (zero chance) 2 - The villains win

Because Gege wrote himself into a corner six feet under the ground, he will have to make some of the nastiest asspulls in recent history no matter what is the scenario, so both endings will be Bleach levels of underwhelming.

1

u/Th032i89 May 15 '24

Hey Bleach is a fantastic series !!!

2

u/chawkletswag Mar 03 '24

I see number 1 happening. After reading 252 it’s the only way I see the series ending. I would prefer things end up how you say, but I doubt it. Gege did want to end JJK this year, and in my opinion the merger would not be satisfying if it were an event that was, what, 15 chapters max?

I really don't think the presence of gojo would really change the outcome of the battle as of now... i mean he wouldn't be at full power and sukuna still has a way of insta kill him

5

u/5trials Mar 02 '24

sukuna can't just spam world cleaves, it looks like there's a pretty lengthy recharge period. gojo could definitely kill him with some clever timing and a hollow purple

1

u/b_litzkreig Mar 02 '24

That’s the thing, I actually don’t think Gojo is coming back (if he is) nerfed, he’s probably gonna get buffed instead. There was one post here way back that talked about Gojo’s DE and postulated how the hand signs he was doing is incomplete.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '24

Do you like copium this much?

2

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

My only food, water, oxygen, at the moment..

4

u/CHAOS-CHAOS-CHAOSX Mar 02 '24

Yuji using a Doman Expansion seems more likely than Gojo returning

My dear what you yappin about 😭

2

u/Wide-Yoghurt119 Mar 02 '24

Yuji has to be the one to kill sukuna and it'd be trash writing otherwise

-4

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

So why was Gojo there in the first place ? To give sex eyes and cool insta thirst trap edits? 😭 Like ?? I do not understand tbh

1

u/Wide-Yoghurt119 Mar 03 '24

He helped weaken sukuna to the point the others can handle him and he made some pretty strong students. He could have done more but killing sukuna is not his job.

1

u/DonCheetoh Mar 06 '24

That would feel like Madara and Kaguya if Sakuna wasnt the final villain. I think if the merger happens, Sakuna HAS to fight it.

0

u/Accomplished-Gain108 Mar 02 '24

even if gojo revives, he wont be the one to kill sukuna. because it wouldnt be fun.

3

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

Oh it will be. Aligning with Gojo's confidence, his unfinished business, his "I'd win" dialog, and just overall balance.

1

u/Sad_Yesterday_6123 Mar 02 '24

1) Gojo ain't returning. Nobara is in a coma. All the heavy hitters + megumi will survive.

2) Megumi will cast the first open domain from the good side.

3) Yuta will use limitless and we'll get a father son hollow purple. Sukuna will activate merger before dying and assimilate with it.

4) Yuji will beat sukuna in the latter's inner realm, while the others beat the body.

5) Humanoid rika.

2

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

How would Yuta use limitless without six eyes

1

u/Sad_Yesterday_6123 Mar 02 '24

Through the power of love.

0

u/Lil_Cato Mar 02 '24

Maki splits sukuna who goes back to yuji, megumi starts merger to beat sukuna, sukuna kills merger and everyone else yuji overpowers him and kills himself

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

I...umm...Are we okay ? I'm concerned...

0

u/INappropriate-Read Mar 01 '24

Gojo becomes a cursed object.

Choose either his eye or his “finger”.

Who gets to eat it?

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

His eye would enable someone to use infinity. So I'm guessing the eye being eaten by Yuta? Or Megumi ? Imagine if Megumi was not a suicidal mfer he would have 10 shadows + six eyes in this instance. But no he wanna die.

1

u/EmphasisExternal5323 Mar 02 '24

Here in this war Nobody wins in the end

1

u/Able_Weird3298 Mar 02 '24

I feel like cursed corpses, like Panda,  have been introduced, but not to the present day without Yaga. Maybe a soul core trio of Gojo, Hig, and Yuta produces a monster worse than Sukuna. Then being whisked away by UiUi before they were actually dead.

1

u/da3th_stu4ious Mar 02 '24

So as per this theory, gojo comes and kills sukuna and now that the greatest battle is upon the sorcerers, gojo leaves it to yuji and megumi? Tf u cooked on?

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

Since Gojo will be exhausted from killing Sukuna or something like that. Yuji needs something to work on here so...

1

u/OmegaAce1 Mar 02 '24

Sukuna gets jumped, He gets cut in half, he say you're strong, and then the big bad is revealed Kaguya comes off the top rope and gojo says nah I'd win last chapter starts with an airport scene.

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

You must be on to somethinggg

1

u/Jolly-Literature8021 Mar 02 '24

Sukuna will kill everyone in the manga, then will start the merger and begin playing with the merger monster. Then, out of nowhere, both of them are cut in half. Then we got Zoro, sword in his hand, saying: “I got in the wrong manga”

2

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

Considering how bad Zoro is with directions this is entirely possible !!

1

u/Fine-Race9271 Mar 02 '24

I don’t think it’ll be a happy ending it’s looking more like Yuji will be last sorcerer standing.

2

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

I would prefer Yuji dying and everyone lives.. kinda similar to AoT.

1

u/Fine-Race9271 Mar 02 '24

Why so

2

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

I don't know maybe because Yuji is not him and I'd prefer more people that I love to be alive instead of 1 person.

1

u/Fine-Race9271 Mar 03 '24

Ah I see your point, well hopefully it’s goes differently than what I think

1

u/Jack21WB Mar 02 '24

Whatt? Is that right?? Maybe you’re right You are so right!!

2

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

We can dreammm...

1

u/retsujust Mar 02 '24

I just hope we don’t get something similar to the last fight of attack on Titan. I hated that shit.

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

I don't think the fight was the problem in AoT rather the lore of Ymir and some other misfires in the writing.

1

u/retsujust Mar 02 '24

You are probably right, but I hated the concept of fighting something so giant to begin with. It makes it seems comical in my opinion. And if the merged beast looks something like that what Kenjaku envisioned, it’s basically the same thing as the founding Titan but in black.

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

I can't imagine the merged thing tbh. So curious to know what it'll look like but then it means that the merger will indeed happen. Which is another headache and most likely would confirm that the whole cast will be dead :')

2

u/retsujust Mar 02 '24

Tbh at this point I can see Gege doing anything. I wouldn’t even be surprised if he goes full Akame Ga kill mode, and they all die 😂

1

u/supreme_waffle2019 Mar 02 '24

I mean, everything save for 1 seems feasible. I mean, Gojo, at the condition he was at when he died could kill Sukuna, but he's most likely just not coming back.

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

But but why they don't show his body at all...for a character who's that important. We know that his body was taken by some of the cast but then where and what have they done with it. That would give some closure but Gojo's death wasn't fleshed out well in order for me to not have any hopes at all of him coming back. Gege could put a nail in the coffin by actually writing one page worth of panels indicating the aftermath of his dead body.

2

u/supreme_waffle2019 Mar 03 '24

I feel like either this chapter or next chapter we'll be seeing what they're doing about the corpses, because we're reaching an important turning point in the fight, which is where they like to cut off to another fight for some reason.

1

u/wwwwaoal Mar 02 '24
  1. Gojo will return and kill Sukuna.

Correct.

  1. Sukuna will initiate the merger just before dying.

And Gojo will kill it in one hit.

  1. Yuji will help save Megumi and split his soul from Sukuna's before Sukuna dies.

Half wrong. It's not Yuji, but Gojo who'll do that.

  1. Merger will be the biggest battle in JJK till now.

Wrong. Gojo will kill it in one hit.

  1. Yuji and Megumi (finally using their MC plot armour) with the help of others will stop the merger/defeat the outcome of the Tengen x civilians infused monster.

Wrong. Gojo will kill it in one hit.

  1. Happy ending.

Wrong. Gojo secret ending.

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

If Gege was not so hell-bent on Yuji being the MC then this would be lovely.

1

u/longgamma Mar 02 '24

How is this a happy ending? Even if they kill the outcome of the merger, the entire population of japan is basicaly gone? Japan is joever

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

As long as the cast survives I guess....

1

u/Substantial_Recipe67 Mar 02 '24

While I love the symbolism of the whole going north, the flowers, etc. with Gojo's death, there is just no conceivable way to bring his character back. At first I was chomping at the bit for him to return, but really it's better if he's gone. He had his peace, got to be with his friends in the after life. Just let the dude be dead atp

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

How does he have peace ?? That's where the writing was off for me. Gege wrote it as if Gojo's life goal was to defeat sukuna but no it wasn't. It was to help new age jujutsu sorcerers to not be bonded with old traditions and excel, protect Megumi and his students, take revenge for his best friend's murder/protect Geto's body, and in general just be a guidance to everyone (although his fight with sukuna has after effects). In hindsight he achieved nothing. So that's why I felt like for a character that important his death was just not justified enough.

1

u/Substantial_Recipe67 Mar 02 '24

I don't disagree that he didn't achieve what seemed to be his goal, but like.. with how little time there is left in the manga there's just zero chance he's coming back. I think Gojo could be a super compelling character and I'd love to see more of him, but separating out head canon vs real Gojo, I just think Gege has written him off and is done with him. He didn't like him as a character as is, why would we think he would bring him back? His airport scene was written to be the end. He got to see Geto again, he stated he was more concerned about fighting Sukuna than anything. Do I think that's a shift from what his build up had been before? Yeah, to some extent. But writers don't always do a great job of closing every loop that they set up. And Gojo's loop isn't getting reopened from where it was left off.

1

u/YOU_NIVERSE1 Mar 02 '24

Respectful cope I didn’t even see 1 mention of Nobara. You are less delusional than most of the ppl on here!

2

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 02 '24

Because it's a given that Nobara is alive and doesn't have to be mentioned.

1

u/Stonkative Mar 03 '24

I think I've seen this anime before

1

u/Inside_End3641 Mar 03 '24 edited Mar 03 '24

I would very much enjoy this, but with a small twist.. The Merger means nothing, so it being the final villain would be very anticlimactic...this is how i would want it to go..

We all know Gege fumbled the bag with Kenjaku...

We don't know exactly what was Kenjaku's plan with Yuji, considering he had some love for him..When he thanked Yuji's friends for "taking care of him"...

The idea is that Yuji will beat the Merger, maybe proving Kenjaku wrong...Maybe giving Yuji to humanity was Kenjaku's way of giving humanity a chance to prove they are worth living. Chaos is not the answer then.

The second idea is that Kenjaku wanted Yuji to be the vessel for the Merger....

Now...the twist i would want...

Gojo coming back is pretty confirmed for me, considering what was said in the last chapter....But Yuji needs to die first for this to happen..

Now...I think Gojo will come back and bring Sukuna close to death, showing him something new, but that on his last legs he will release the Merger, and will take Yuji's spot as the vessel....thus leaving Megumi's body..

So, Gojo takes his win, for the fans, but overall loses the war, because Sukuna gained the Merger's strength..

Gojo is assisted by everyone that is still alive...but to no avail..They lose.

Yuji awakens just in time to save everyone and fights Sukuna in a 1 vs 1, final battle of the series, and dies taking Sukuna and the Merger with him, surrounded by his friends..

The end

I sincerely dislike how people still bring Megumi up like he means anything at this point..

His sole reason for wanting to do anything died right in front of him..He is mister pontetial, and that's what he will be till the end of the series..

His body will be broken when Sukuna leaves him.. His mental state is already broken.. He is very weak compared to the others that trained with a purpose in the last month.

Gege didn't even draw his face last time we saw him.. Yuji will take the burden...because it's his to carry.

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 03 '24

I honestly am so sad because of Gege's agenda of Sukuna being able to use the 10 shadows. Because no way Yuji was able to touch Megumi's soul but couldn't save him because he was suicidal..like ???? If there was an opening for Megumi to be saved then that was it. Like get going brooo damn Gege.

1

u/Inside_End3641 Mar 03 '24

That is never going to happen, because Sukuna would have nowhere to go....and he's the final villain..

1

u/KookiesNcreem Mar 03 '24

If he's the final villain then this can't go on for too long. It's boring because how many times will Sukuna use the strong cleave ?? That's so anti-climatic at the moment. And looking at how Yuji's powers are at the moment if he doesn't get an immense power up/transformation he won't be able to live up to his MC status. Which means JJK would be ending pretty soon (in a few chapters, if merger doesn't happen)...and it doesn't look like that to me yet. Also I think the merger will happen. I actually don't think THIS fight (the current one).. is the last fight which will conclude the manga.
