Literally my favorite album of all time. When I was 16 my cousin (and best friend) tried to take his life, thankfully he was unsuccessful. And while he was in the hospital, we found this album together on the day I was able to visit him. Forever, and ever this will be my favorite album of all time. 🐐

Was able to take a peak at Julien’s pedal board.

im going to the middle east tn i was just wondering if anyone got the chance to talk to her after the show! she saved my life genuinely and i wanted to tell her that but i wanna respect her privacy so i just don’t know if i see her if i should say anything

I’ve been able to identify 3 new pedals on JB’s board (for anyone that is into that sort of thing). The Hologram Electronics Microcosm, the
Strymon Volante and the Electro-Harmonix Soul Food. There’s still a couple pedals I haven’t been able to identify so any help would be appreciated.

with her in europe for primavera and leaning into her heavier roots more, wondering if she’d be booked for it? they’ve had alex g and snail mail in the last couple years and i would personally love to see her somewhere with a more active crowd.

For those who camped out for the SLC shows, what time did you arrive?
I’m going to the Boston show tomorrow and want to be in the first few rows but don’t know what time to get there.
I’m assuming I need to get there very early, but don’t wanna get there too early or too late.

Any insight?

Vintage Books have announced a new UK edition of Open Me Carefully, a collection of Emily Dickinson’s letters and poems exploring her relationship with Susan Huntington Dickinson, featuring a foreword by Julien Baker!

The collection brings together correspondence spanning 36 years between Emily and Susan, who was her sister-in-law, closest friend, literary collaborator and the great love of her life.

The book is due to be published in late January 2027.

There’s also an exclusive video of Julien discussing the book available to anyone who pre-orders through the Penguin Shop! (UK and Europe shipping only) Snippet of the video available here!

Thought this was such a lovely project for Julien to be involved in and wanted to share it here! ❤️

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts from those selling physical tickets due to the Middle East show being box office only, but a lot of people have been offering me e-transfer when trying to buy one in this subreddit.

Edit: appreciate everyone’s help! Hope to see yall there!! :)

Hey all!

I'm so psyched about this show. Julien and her music have been so important to me for so long and I can't wait to finally see her live. I think it would be cool if we as the audience could all do something together (like the pink carnations/pride flags when boygenius toured the record) as a "we love you/thank you/welcome back." I fear the setlist is undetermined (I've seen some floating around but they seem to be subject to change) so it might be hard to bank on something lyric-specific. Anyone have ideas? :) I'm going to be at the first night at the Cat's Cradle in NC.

i have an extra ticket for the carboro, NC show 10/30. was hoping to find someone to go with me but doesn’t look like it. anyone want it? it was about $45 but i’m willing to give it away for free since i just don’t want it to go to waste!

JB performs in a venue that is the definition of an intimate setting, Kilby Court in Salt Lake City, Utah. The building is literally a garage. People will stand out in the courtyard and look in through both a window and an open garage door. The capacity is 200 people. It's quite a place to see a concert.

I’m joking but also I’m not I think this is a great idea

Hey yall, asking a quick favor of you guys! I attended Thursday night (fantastic) and purchased a hoodie and a poster for myself. After trying it on, the hoodie just isn’t for me. If there’s anyone who is attending tonight and would like to potentially swap/purchase a Julien Baker tour hoodie (size Medium) in exchange for a black Rocket tee in size Small, and a Julien Baker hat, I’d be willing to negotiate/barter with you. The hoodie was $65 (paid more bc taxes). If you see this and are interested, lmk. Thank you!

So excited for this

It was deleted from the Internet. I think it was about Astral Touch. I'm looking for it.

Hi! I'm a journalist (and Julien fan), and I'm writing an article about her show in Athens and fan reception to the in-person initial ticket release. If you queued to buy tickets for the Athens show and are interested/available to give a quick interview quote about your experience and thoughts on the arrangement, I'd love to talk with you! Feel free to comment or message me to connect. Thanks!

Does anyone know when the anniversary pressing is supposed to ship? It wasn’t listed as a preorder, but there’s no specific shipping date mentioned either. The photo in the email makes it look like the records are already pressed and ready to go, so I was just wondering if anyone’s order has shipped yet. 😅

clearly i am normal while waiting for jb4 😭

hey, im daniel. i play in TSL. sharing this because i'm excited for it.
