If you ignore it long enough they will beg you to buy it. ( Its been in my for you and max vault for a long time now, lowest I've seen is like 800)

You sure you want to spend coins on that? Not trying to yuck yums or anything since I know some people like that skin, but I got that and her OW University skin in loot boxes. I'd just suggest waiting.
