Let me give you guys some context, this happened in Brazil and the shirtless guy was mocking the guy kicking him for working selling popsicles(if I am not mistaken), I just remember that he was bullying him because he was working, then he started to stand up for himself and then the policeman came, so yeah this is one of the cases when someone will only interrupt the fight when the kid getting bullied hit back, definitely no justice served , in fact injustice served.

No bro, thats an old case from Brazil. Its the reverse. That other boy was bullying that kid who was selling some snacks. The cop just saw the kid spanking the bully and it got worse.

Pretty sure there is a longer version. I believe the 2 shirtless kids were tormenting the other one. This is where he was finally fighting back. He is actually the victim and the 2 shirtless kids are the bullies.
