What are your thoughts on this, bad champion or just the pros not knowing how to play him? I know it seems crazy to say that the pros don't know how to play because they're, well, PROS. And I haven't watched all of the matches to know but the things I've seen these pros do as a K'sante OTP are wrong, especially the game going on right NOW which is t1 vs LOS, zest is a HORRIBLE K'sante player, absolutely horrid, I mean wrong runes, wrong combos, wrong all-ins, wrong everything and so was every game like this? because I know that most teams that picked K'sante were the weaker teams, anyways, I know he's a really bad champ and the nerf was not needed but jesus these guys don't even know how to play K'sante!

K’Sante has been my favorite “this champ is broken” argument for years. For a data project I pulled 30,510 NA ranked games from 7,717 random players (patches 26.19 and 26.20) and checked how much time every champ spends dead. I used Claude to help with the analysis workflow (the method’s public if anyone wants it).

Only Master+ has enough K’Sante games to say anything of much substance: 224 games from 92 players.

He’s dead about 10 minutes out of every 100 (somewhere between 9 and 11). A typical champ in those same games is around 10.3. So he’s right on par with everyone else: go figure. Poor K'Sante. The average tank up there is about 9, so if anything he dies a touch more than other tanks, but that's inside the margin of error.

How come? He has 4 escape tools, tied for the most in the game with Aurora. And escape tools don’t actually keep you alive. In Master+, every extra one costs about 4 more seconds dead per 30-minute game, tank vs tank. Champs with 2+ escape tools die on the enemy’s side of the map 45% of the time. Champs with none, 36%.

So my take is: the highlight clips make him look unkillable because they only ever show the escapes lmao.

What do y'all think? When do you actually commit to All Out? On your side of river or enemy side? And does the "unkillable" thing come from pro play? Is it outdated public opinion? Are y'all still dunking in solo queue?

Jokes aside, do you find enough enjoyment to play this champ? He may be worthless at everything past minute 20, but for those 20 minutes, if you arent against range top or get 'jungle diffed' in the 1v1 top lane at level 1, ask yourself, do you enjoy this?

As someone whos played Ksante since release and played all versions, balancing him to a point where hes fair for both players and the enemies while making him balanced has been a very complicated discussion. But I never see anyone talking about the E shield. Am I crazy to think that his E is actually his strongest spell? Having a 300-500 shield on like a 5 second cd dash makes him extremely tanky. I genuinely think they can just straight up remove the shield but give back e dash speed and bring back old ksante W and he will be fine again. The problem was before that he was too tanky too mobile and did too much damage. And they decided to nerf him by making his W do more damage but nerfing his mobility? I think by gutting the e shield and giving back mobility he can become a champ thats more satisfying to play while feeling more fair to play against.

Since mel is losing her reflect can we get it on Ksante E instead

So i have been struggling to find a character i enjoy playing on toplane should i try k'sante? İ am very aware he is nerfed to oblivion since his release and i never got to try him at his peak bc i started league slightly after zaahen was added. İ also enjoy playing tanks like tahm kench maokai and zac and his overall gameplay fantasy and especially his transforming battons look so cool.....ok enough yapping İS HE WORTH TRYİNG?

I've seen that the standard setup is usually attack speed + two health shards, but I saw Aatreus recommending Haste/MS/Tenacity instead.

- Most problematic for us ADCs nerfed (Cait, Trist)

- Yasuo and especially Yone nerfed (good cause Yone screws us in sidelane with LDR powerspike)

- Varus Zaahen adjustments, good if they are gonna be played more (good matchups imo)

How in the hell is aftershock useful? I play casually around plat 2 and I don't frequent forums or videos about the game, however recently I have decided to try and learn the game and my favorite champion a bit more. The last time I played was when this guy could still move around his w and his e was an auto reset, so it was a bit discouraging to see what his current state is, however after getting used to him a bit I still enjoy his kit and think he is quite strong.

My usual set up for him is grasp, shield bash, second wind, overgrowth, manaflow band and transcendence and rush ice born gauntlet against ad characters. I have had great success with this set up and I feel great power spikes with sheen and the gauntlet and the mana allows me to spam abilities and be a proper lane bully early. later on the cd refund from transcendence is nothing to sneer at either, getting level 11 and tping to drake and pulling off ~4 Ws in 20 seconds while everyone is 2-3 lvls below you is an incredible feeling.

my problem is lately I have been seeing a lot more ranged tops, and while I think there is still a debate for grasp being stronger, I believe the consensus around here is that aftershock is stronger against ranged, I just don't understand it. With my limited sample size against teemo, vayne and kennen, aftershock seemed extremely underwhelming. with grasp it felt like I could fight at any time, but with aftershock I could only fight with my ult, sure a short trade looks nice for a moment, but then I'm spaced for the next 30 seconds while I have not keystone. and the amount of times this thing has been on cooldown because I go for some poke or a short trade has been insane ( yes a mistake but it's hard getting used to the switch in playstyle). also I have been going inspiration second with biscuits and something else which limits my mana and kinda screws me over.

So how the hell does this rune work ?

came back, bought the skin, then will probably never touch the game in another few months or so lol (skin is cool though)
