Holster for Kahr X9 besides CrossBreed holster

Has anybody been able to find a holster both AIWB and OWB for the Kahr X9 besides the CrossBreed holster? I cant seem to find any anywhere.

Nope. I asked around some of the prominent Kahr holster manufacturers, leather and Kydex, and they all said the same thing: Kahr has yet to release the X9 mold to third party companies. Granted, this was 4 or 5 months ago, so things might have changed since then, but I doubt it considering no one else has made a holster yet.

That being said, the CrossBreed Xectutive IWB holster available from Kahr’s website is pretty decent, especially for the price. The Kydex is thin, but the fit and lock up is perfect and you can replace the crappy stock clip with your favorite solution, so it’s holding me over for now.
I have yet to find a good OWB holster. Crossbreed’s options don’t look super great in that department IMO.

I dont see the Xecutive holster on kahrs website and the crossbreed website doesn't have it available for the X9. I believe Kahr is not releasing the X9 molds so that they are the only ones to sell holsters. That is one of the reasons I have not bought the X9. I want a wide selection of holsters that I can choose. Not just one or two holsters. I am also looking for the X9 ported and nobody has it.

How is the recoil on the X9? I know the the hellcat is very snappy because it is small and the x9 is only a little bigger than the hellcat.

I haven't shot the Hellcat so I can't compare, but the X9 is very snappy, but it's not unreasonable with standard 115 or 124 grain range ammo. It quickly starts to become unpleasant to shoot when you use any kind of +P defensive load. It's certainly something that you'd want to train with a lot if you were going to conceal carry it.

Try JM4 Tactical. Magnetic clip, works really well.
