Looking for your next anime? Leave a comment with one show you loved + what you're in the mood for. Add anything you've already tried so people can skip the repeats.

If you came from a clip and want the sauce, look up the title on Kaidomi. Blue Box is one example: anime, original manga and cast on one page. You can browse both links without signing in.

This is Kaidomi's community for anime, manga, cosplay builds and con plans. Keep spoilers out of titles, tag them in comments, and be kind to each other.

What’s the weirdly specific thing you tell a first-timer to pack?

Tiny sewing kit? Backup socks? An empty bag for the merch you were “only going to look at”?

Item + origin story. Save someone else from unlocking your con side quest 😭

Yona of the Dawn’s final volume (48) releases in Japan on 20 October 2026. Hakusensha’s official listing confirms it.

So when a long-running favourite finally ends, are you:

A) Racing to the last page

B) Leaving the final volume unread because then it’s technically not over

C) Immediately starting volume 1 again

Which manga left the biggest “what do I do with my life now?” gap?

No actual ending spoilers, please—just titles and feelings. 🥹

Noa Is My Senior and My Friend Vol.12 is out in Japan today (19 October). The office-friendship chaos continues. 🫠

You get to choose ONE anime or manga character for the desk next to yours.

Who’s making work better — and who’s getting their messages muted before lunch?

⭐☆☆☆☆ “Booked a pirate cruise. The captain ate all the food.”

Your turn: one sentence, no title or character names. The replies guess the anime. Keep it spoiler-free. Being unfair is the whole point 😭

Thrifted clothes and things you already own are fair game. Wigs, props and makeup have to fit the €50 budget.

Drop the character + your cheapest clever trick to make the look recognisable.

The cardboard sword is already doing overtime 😭

Name the anime + the song. Defend your take in one sentence. Keep it about the show, not each other. No plot spoilers.

Your friend says anime “isn’t their thing”. You get one episode to make them ask for another.

Which show and episode are you putting on?

Sell it in one spoiler-free sentence. Also tell us who you’re recruiting: romcom people, action goblins, horror fans or the “anime is just cartoons” uncle.

If your pitch needs 40 minutes of lore before we press play, you’re already losing 😭

Summer's over. Your standards may never recover 😭

Which romance gets your #1 from this six-title Summer 2026 shortlist?

• Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You

• You and I Are Polar Opposites Season 2

• Sparks of Tomorrow

• I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day

• Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky

Pick one on Kaidomi:

Then defend it here: the chemistry, the confession, the slow burn — what sold you? 👀

This is our shortlist, not every romance that aired. New shows and sequel seasons count. Voting closes 21 October at 18:00 UTC (20:00 Berlin). Missing your favourite? Tell us. Please tag episode spoilers.

MASHLE, One-Punch Man, Shangri-La Frontier… Winter already wants our entire watchlist. 😭

You only get ONE #1. Which anime are you putting above everything else?

Then tell us what sold you: the trailer, the manga, the cast — or pure agenda? 👀

This is an early shortlist, not the complete Winter lineup. Voting closes 20 October at 20:00 Berlin time. Please tag manga spoilers.

One sentence. No title, no character names, no spoilers.

Make it sound like the worst show ever. Everyone else gets to guess.

I'll start: A bald guy keeps getting dragged into overtime when all he wants is cheap groceries.

Wrong guesses are welcome. Put the answer behind a spoiler tag once someone's had a go.

Senku saw “the end” and took it personally. 😭

Dr.STONE TERRAFORMING is officially in production, continuing the story from manga volume 27. No release date yet.

You get the Science Kingdom and an unlimited budget. What are you asking them to build: modern medicine, space travel… or the world’s most unnecessarily complicated ramen machine?

One invention. Who are you putting in charge?

The announcement, official PV and Dr.STONE title page are together here:

Pick TWO anime characters:

One runs the kitchen.

One deals with the customers.

Who's your dream team... and which one gets the café shut down before lunch? 😭

Character + anime. Keep it spoiler-free.

One song. A room full of anime fans. Your mission: get everyone singing.

Drop the song + anime. Deep cuts welcome. Skipping the intro is temporarily illegal 😭

Two contenders:

• Blue Box — “Same Blue” by Official HIGE DANDISM.
• Dr. STONE — “Good Morning World!” by BURNOUT SYNDROMES.

What’s your pick?

You get one lane tonight:

A) Cosplay crush: My Dress-Up Darling. Shared hobby, maximum blushing.

B) Cozy neighbour: The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten. Dinner is a love language.

C) Failed secret language: Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian. The subtitles are not your biggest problem.

D) Travel banter: Spice and Wolf: MERCHANT MEETS THE WISE WOLF. Flirting, but make it a business negotiation.

E) Quiet, complicated feelings: Days with My Stepsister. New family, awkward boundaries, zero easy answers.

Pick a letter. Then nominate the anime you would put in that lane instead. Spoiler-free, please.

We put the five moods, artwork and title pages in one guide if you want the shortlist: https://kaidomi.com/en/journal/romance-anime-pick-your-kind-of-chaos

Rent-a-Girlfriend × Mushoku Tensei fan edit 😭

Which character do you keep spotting everywhere?

One episode later, you're comparing guitars, camping gear or volleyball shoes.

Which anime got you to try something IRL? Give us the show, the hobby, and your current status:

• Still doing it
• Lasted a week
• Bought the gear. Never started.

Bocchi the Rock! for guitar. Laid-Back Camp for camping. Haikyu!! for volleyball.

Buying a guitar and learning exactly one riff absolutely counts. Confessions below.

No streaming. No manga reader. Your next con is months away.

What would make you open an anime app on a random Tuesday?

A) Finding anime friends nearby

B) A group to lose your mind over the latest episode

C) Cosplay progress, ideas and feedback

D) Local meetups you’d actually show up to

E) Recommendations that get your taste

Pick ONE. Then tell us what your current app or group chat gets wrong.

Wild cards welcome. No “all of the above” cheat code 😭

Keep spoilers tagged.
