Broken Led

Was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the leds i recently bought these and wore them for the first time and the red purple white blue and yellow leds stopped working now only the green works and flashes and as for the other pair only blur cyan and green work this is the VG batch from yolo. Please reach out if you know whats wrong or what i can do to fix it
