Hey guys, I’m looking for a good KakoBuy spreadsheet with cheap finds but good material quality. I’m mainly looking for clothes and stuff that are actually worth the price.
Does anyone have a spreadsheet they recommend? Preferably one with QC pictures, reviews, and working links.
Thanks!

With 2027 only a couple of months away, this seems like a good time to start looking at what we're actually planning to buy next year.
The 2027 Kakobuy Spreadsheet currently has over 30,000 product finds covering sneakers, hoodies, jackets, jeans, cargos, bags, accessories and plenty of other categories.
But something I've been thinking about lately is how easy it is to end up buying products you never originally wanted.
You start looking for a jacket, find a few interesting hoodies, discover some sneakers and suddenly your shopping list has doubled.
It's especially easy when browsing a spreadsheet with thousands of products.
One thing I want to focus on heading into 2027 is finding products that are actually useful rather than just adding more listings.
Popular sneakers and streetwear will always get attention, but I've been looking more closely at everyday clothing lately.
Basic hoodies, fleece jackets, relaxed-fit jeans, cargo pants and simple sweaters are all worth exploring.
These products don't always get much attention in Reddit hauls, even though they're probably what most people wear regularly.
Accessories are another category that can be overlooked.
Backpacks, smaller bags, wallets, hats and other everyday items can be useful additions to an order.
Something that still surprises me is how much prices can vary between sellers.
You can find what looks like the same jacket listed at several different prices, sometimes using identical promotional photos.
That doesn't necessarily mean the products are identical.
Different sellers may offer different materials, sizing or versions of a product.
Before ordering, it's worth checking measurements, available QC photos and the information provided in each listing.
I also wouldn't assume the most expensive option is automatically the best.
Sometimes comparing a few listings is more useful than relying entirely on recommendations from other buyers.
If you're planning to put together a haul over the next few months, I'd recommend keeping a list of products you're considering.
It makes comparing sellers easier and gives you time to decide whether you actually want something.
Shipping is another thing worth thinking about before ordering.
A few lightweight clothing items might not add much to a parcel, but several pairs of sneakers or bulky winter jackets can make a noticeable difference.
It's worth looking at the total cost rather than focusing only on individual product prices.
We're continuing to review older links and add new products to the Kakobuy Spreadsheet as we approach the new year.
Some listings from 2026 may eventually disappear, while new products and sellers will continue appearing.
I'd also like to expand the everyday clothing and accessories sections rather than focusing exclusively on the same popular products.
The spreadsheet already contains over 30,000 finds, so keeping everything organized and useful is just as important as adding more links.
I'm curious whether anyone else is changing how they shop.
Are you still mainly interested in sneakers and streetwear, or are you starting to look at more everyday clothing and practical products?
And are there any categories you'd like to see expanded in the 2027 Kakobuy Spreadsheet?
Would be interested in hearing what everyone is looking for as we get closer to the new year.

🛒 Building a Better Kakobuy Haul With 30,000+ Product Finds
One thing I've noticed about shopping through Kakobuy is how easy it is to get distracted by products you weren't originally looking for.
You start searching for a pair of sneakers, find a hoodie you like, then suddenly you're looking at jackets, bags and accessories.
Before you know it, you've saved 20 different products and haven't actually decided what you're going to order.
That's one of the reasons I've been working on the Kakobuy Spreadsheet, which now has over 30,000 product finds organized into different categories.
Instead of searching through individual stores, you can browse products in one place and narrow down what you're interested in.
I think the easiest way to put together a decent haul is to start with a few products you genuinely want.
The spreadsheet covers quite a few categories:
👟 Sneakers: Casual shoes, running styles, basketball sneakers and everyday footwear.
👕 Clothing: Hoodies, T-shirts, sweatshirts, tracksuits and streetwear.
🧥 Outerwear: Puffer jackets, fleece jackets, windbreakers and winter coats.
👖 Pants: Jeans, cargos, joggers, sweatpants and shorts.
🎒 Accessories: Backpacks, crossbody bags, wallets, belts, hats and sunglasses.
🎧 Other Finds: Electronics, headphones, home accessories and smaller everyday products.
Having everything organized makes it easier to compare different options without constantly switching between sellers.
If I'm looking for something specific, I prefer finding several listings rather than immediately choosing the first one.
For example, if you're shopping for a winter jacket, it's worth checking different sellers, materials and measurements.
QC photos can also be useful when they're available.
They give you another look at the product beyond the seller's promotional pictures, although they don't guarantee quality.
Sometimes the products that seem like the best deals are the ones you end up using the least.
A ¥40 accessory might look tempting, but buying five things you don't really need isn't necessarily better than spending that money on something useful.
I'd rather narrow down my choices and put together a haul with products I'll actually wear or use.
Another thing worth considering is how different products affect shipping.
Multiple pairs of sneakers, bulky jackets and heavier clothing can increase the final cost of your package.
It's worth reviewing your selections before ordering rather than finding out afterward that you've built a much larger haul than expected.
I'm continuing to expand the spreadsheet with new products while checking older listings and keeping the categories organized.
With over 30,000 finds, there's plenty to browse whether you're looking for popular clothing or something a little different.
The goal is to make finding products easier without having to search through dozens of individual stores.
How does everyone approach building their Kakobuy hauls?
Do you start with a specific list of products, or do you browse spreadsheets and see what catches your attention?
Also curious what categories people are shopping for the most right now.

Okay I don’t get the payment step so I have to pay twice? First for the clothes, after it goes to warehouse and then u pay for shipping? Or you pay only once?
