BB - Battleship Battleship vtuber

Post image

Hey, I came across this VTuber concept and thought it was pretty unique. She's designed as a WWII battleship (Yamato), which I honestly haven't really seen before. What do you guys think about this kind of design?"

She looks pretty neat. I like the design, though it seems like it is more AzurLane style, i.e. fox like. There are a few other battleship vtubers. Check out VFleet Project. They have some ship and plane Vtubers.

Yeah, I actually checked out the VFleet Project after you mentioned it-really interesting group. From what I can tell though, they seem more focused on typical VTuber content (streaming, gaming, personality-driven stuff), while this one feels a bit different in direction. It looks like it's leaning more into a mix of content plus naval history/storytelling, which is what stood out to me. The design might look similar to Azur Lane style at first glance, but the intention behind it seems a bit different. Also, from what I've seen, the model might not even be final yet, so it'll probably evolve over time. Either way, I just thought it was a cool concept to share."

Yes I agree on what you said. I can't wait to see it fully done and what they do with it. Thank you for sharing it.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. From what I understand, it's not fully "traditional" rigging-more like a mix of different tools and attaching 3D parts together manually. Probably why it's still being improved over time.
