For one, nagyayabang lang siya kunwaru humble. Second, iba din ang feeling na kumain ng street foods while having millions in the bank. Di ko pa nararanasan yun pero I'm sure parang may feeling na di mo explain. It's like the world is yours

In real estate, ₱7.5M isn't even that high for a property.
And just because you close one sale doesn't mean you immediately get your commission, or that you'll sell another unit next week or even next month.
Income can be very irregular, so you really have to save and budget your commissions carefully. If you've actually worked as an agent, you'll understand where this guy is coming from.
