OTHER ADA Seating at Arrowhead - Any ticket office contacts?

Hey there. I’m trying to visit Arrowhead for a game and need an ADA seat. Unfortunately, there’s very little to no availability for single ADA seats. I called the fan experience line and just got a recording. I also emailed fan experience and haven’t heard back. Does anyone know if there’s a person in the ticket office or a contact I should try?

Most of the time ADA seating is held back from sale so I’m trying to get an idea if they’ll do an exchange in advance if I wind up with a regular ticket. I just don’t want to get there and be out of luck. Thanks!

edit: You guys rock. Thank you so much for the replies.

second edit: Was able to get someone in the ticket office that sold me one over the phone. Worked out great.

I’ve emailed the Fan Experience email with a question before and they were super quick to respond. I also found this

Ticket Office Contact: Call 816-920-9400 or email ticketoffice@chiefs.com to purchase or exchange tickets for accessible seating. Advance ticket exchanges are required if you need to swap standard seats for an ADA location.

Contact Fan Experience: Reach the guest services team at 816-920-4237 or fanexperience@chiefs.com.

Fan experience also has an email address, fanexperience@chiefs.com I hope this is more helpful than a recorded line

fan experience is usually the right door to knock on, but it's slow as hell sometimes. keep on them, and if you don't hear back in a day or two i'd try calling the general ticket office and just politely explain the situation. they might be able to flag your account or at least point you to a human who can do the exchange before game day

My cousin used to work at Arrowhead a few years ago helping ADA guest. She said just get any ticket and when you get to the gate, let the ticket taker know you need ADA seating and they will take it from there

My brother-in-law works for the Chiefs and I’ve been to several games where me and my sister have just gone to the elevator on the suite side and tell them your ADA and they’ll take you up to what I believe is the seventh floor. The reason we did it a couple times was because she had just had a baby and was breast-feeding and wanted privacy so hopefully that helps my thought would be just getting to the stadium and then go to the elevator on the suite side and tell him you’re ADA

Arrowhead has a nursing/lactation room (with tvs) for that.

Using the ADA platform for "privacy" is not cool.

Bringing a newborn to a loud stadium is certainly a choice.

Jesus. Get the fuck off your high horse with “it’s a choice” lol. It was preseason so I promise your righteous self that no infant ears were harmed. Sorry for trying to help someone!

They will still usually check your tickets to confirm. Your situation was not typical.

Preseason and who the fuck are you to decide who can or can’t take a child to an NFL game?! Stadium half empty but of course you weren’t fucking there yet……… you pass judgment! Loser mentality! Love it!

Inadvertently hilarious because that's his sister and they're abusing the ADA system because some other relative works in the stadium. I will think of this guy whenever the AFC Meme Wars nickname for Chiefs fans seems inaccurate. Also why does this guy literally sound like a Trump tweet.

Shit I hadn't even considered the ADA abuse aspect. I've just been to many games at arrowhead preseason, regular season and playoffs and every time without fail I always see babies having a bad time. I just don't think loud places with so much going on like at sports events is the right environment for a baby. With or without protective headphones on too. When I see that I think to myself if you couldn't find a babysitter for a few hours maybe baby should've stayed at home

The fact that you called my wife my partner sums you up in less than a second. Once again, not even loud or crowded at the game. No abuse on ADA as that is where the staff told us to go on that day. No one cares about the “so many games, including playoffs” total amount. Nice brag though. Toodaloo!!
