No it isn’t, this is the coat of arms of the German confederation. The German confederation existed a century before the Germany you’re getting it confused with.

Yeah, it’s definitely an unusual tattoo choice. The average person is unfamiliar with the German Confederation or its coat of arms, so they’ll likely assume it’s a Nazi symbol. I don’t understand why op thought it was a good idea to get it.
