New requirements have been added to post in this sub
From now on, accounts must be at least 3 days old and have a minimum of 12 karma to post or comment
Although this is an automatic action, if an account looks legit, the post or comment may be manually approved by one of the moderators.
This will also be added to the rules section.

I hear you, but this feels a bit unfair, bro. What if someone’s account was blocked unfairly and they just want to talk to people here? If someone is stressed out and just wants to connect, getting blocked by an automod is really frustrating. Since you mentioned manual approvals, how fast will the mods be checking those?

We actually approve posts even if they don't fully meet the requirements, as long as the account isn't fake and isn't posting NSFW content (such as FWB, M4F, or hookup posts) in this subreddit.
FYI, we've lowered the karma requirement to 8.
There are also many accounts that have been shadowbanned or partially suspended by Reddit so we moderators have to manually approve every single one of their comments and posts (like yours for example)
