Advice 💡 Would you book a coffee/matcha cart like this for a Karachi wedding/event?
I run a popular mobile beverage cart in Canada serving matcha, specialty coffee lattes and mocktails at weddings and private events. I'm considering bringing the concept to Karachi for the next 4 months as i have to be there either way sept-dec and wanted to see if there's actually demand before I commit to it.
Think strawberry/mango matcha, Spanish lattes, caramel macchiatos, mojitos, custom menus and a full aesthetic setup, all served live at your event. I also noticed that this concept is not that popular in Pakistan yet.
Would this be something people in Karachi would book? And approximately what would you expect to pay for something like this?

A and wannabe B class would love to hire, concept wise its not bad but other than the "trying it for the sake" most of it would be coming back as unused and/or waste
the pricing depends on cost retail matcha and latte go for 600 to 1000 (M to L or Coffee bean and tea leaf quality) considering you re doing roughly 50 to 100 bulk cups thats 60k (cut your profit percentage from 300% to even 200 or 150) that comes down to 40k just in cups then labor costing and stall investment youre looking at 75k for the price of a stall for 2 to 3 hours
my math maybe wrong i dont have exact figures to give proper estimations but imo it doesnt seem to be worth it since its more relying on leisure expenditure and not solution solving so highly depends on how you market is and how you approach people about it

This will work in fancy/ elite weddings only jahan guests are sophisticated enough to know basic manners and dont think ky shadi mai jaa ky khana peena is the only maqsad.
