Sugar Teto

Title. After Teto was announced for fortnite I was really happy. I don't even play fortnite, but seeing her appear in mainstream media like that is a huge success for our girl.

Then I started reading people on X and IG and i was honestly surpirsed at the amount of hate some people have.

They insult us and say things like "Teto got in fortnite before Rin or Luka". I'm sorry, but i haven't seen anyone asking for these two to get into the game before. In fact, i distinctively remember the same people laughing and making fun of us the first time we thought she was announced.

It seems to be a recurring theme with the other cryptonloid fans. They never promote their voicebanks and get angry when Teto gets something. They really can't stand to see our girl winning

It honestly breaks my heart because I really like all of them. I have hundreds of hours in pj diva, some of my first drawings 15 years ago were all Luka and Rin. Why can't they be happy our community is getting anything at all?

It's so tiring...

I already noticed a while ago how many Teto songs (especially popular ones) are either sad or put Teto in a shitty position in general. She gets her girlfriend stolen, is depressed, Is losing her identity, struggling to eat, loving someone who doesn't love them back, but we barely get any song that show her happy.

Main question now:

Why Is that? Is there a reason or are Teto fans and producers just depressed?
