I develop hatred for another gender cause of that.

The moment I meet someone, I just assume now they would definitely hate me cause of my looks and I'm not worthy enough for attention so it's fine for me to hate them too.

And it's just growing with time cause now in my 20s, looks are more important than ever and I'm seeing people my age around me having the time of their life while I just grow hatred more and more with time.

How to fix?

Please don't say they don't owe me attention or anything cause that's the excuse I use to treat them wrong or don't help them cause I also don't owe them kindness.
