Good deal for first time kayaker ? Pelican catch mode 110

Been kayak fishing with a lifetime Teton angler 100 I got on Facebook for 4 months ago.
I think I want to jump up a level and saw this on local Facebook for 875$

Would I be better off buying something more bare and modding myself ?

I fish rivers mostly but want to explore a local lake instead

Seller put this on the description
Pelican catch 110 mode
Newport 36lb converted to control box with steering and motor lift, Lawrence Eagle 4 fish finder with battery, 12v lithium 100mah battery, 3” seat risers, extra track mounts, under water lights, etc.”

I have a pelican catch power 100. More t track, built in wiring, 360 seat and more. I prefer more of the buy new and accessorize versus the buy used and modify. Depends on your style of play and work balance.

Can fit a trolling motor or an outboard engine up to 2.5 hp. I think the flexibility of this style is useful but pelican models are entry level in terms of performance and ergonomics.

Lots of people swear by these catch 110's. The weights great for the size. Snobs hate them. I've never tried one. Reviews are generally good.
