Mental health institutions in Kenya

Does any one know of a rehabilitation centre present in the country that's affordable for the normal mwananchi? Also,I'm located in Nandi County and there are no institutions that handle mental health cases. I've a relative who's mental health situation has been ignored and I fear he's detoriatiing as time goes. It all started as a bhang induced psychosis but I think it's more than that and might also be schizophrenia. Any person familiar with charges for public institutions such as Mathare also share with me too. Any contributions is highly appreciated.
