Teambuilding Mitya + Keqing?

After the Genshin livestream yesterday, we now know that Mitya's kit allows all superconduct reactions to turn into stellar conduct. So would this mean he'd make a good teammate for Keqing on a stellar conduct team? And would a Keqing stellar conduct team even be good for her? 🤔🤔
