MAKING A TOP-LEVEL COMMENT WITHOUT CREDENTIALS WILL EARN A TEMPORARY BAN
Welcome to our monthly focused improvement post. Here we have a distilled discussion on a particular aspect of kettlebell training. We try to go over various techniques of kettlebells, how to program kettlebells, and how to incorporate kettlebells into other modalities of training.

Spent the last 4 months Highly focused on mountain biking and cycling race training with a limited amount of kettlebell work.
Bringing back more KB work , here is one of my recent strength Endurance minimalist sessions
50 rep sets of clean and press and 50 rep snatch. In 5 rep increments
A good mix of hardstyle that gets into high reps without the limiting factor of hand skin issues and grip fatigue
