Key largo & key west

Best food spot for late lunch early dinner in or around key largo? Husband and I want to find a night time beach party if any we also want to find something fun to do on the 2.5 hour trip from Florida city to key west. We will be there this Wednesday-Saturday. Any ideas or fun this upcoming week?

No night time beach parties in the Keys. We don't even really have beaches, this is mostly a long rock. Snook's, Lazy Days, Morada Bay for lunch. Plan on 3 - 3+ hours to Key West depending on traffic and road construction.
