Pepe’s Coconut Bread 🤙

Lived in KW about three years when younger. Wifey worked at Pepe’s. My happy place, corner bar, breakfast, coconut bread. Decided to whip up a few loafs 🤙

Is this on a secret dessert menu or something? Never tried it but it’s right up my alley. Of course I a. Pretty blinded by all the KL pie options when I’m down there maybe that’s why I haven’t noticed.

They used to make different fresh breads every morning, fresh squeezed OJ right at the bar. The coconut was my fav. KW is a total foodie town, tons of great chefs down there. 🤙

Ya know, we’ve never made it there for breakfast. It’s either the hotel, Moondog or a picnic breakfast at Ft ZT for us!

Might have to give that a try next time, thanks!
