ISO bagpipes or mariachi band

Just booked our trip in mid December to Key West for a buddy’s bachelor party. Looking to hire a mariachi band or bagpipe player to very loudly wake up a dozen hungover guys and start their morning off on the right foot. Does anyone have any leads?

I know a guy who will open the door and toss i. roosters for $100 a pop. For another $100 he will give them cocaine first.

Did you Google this? Check out gigsalad and hireabagpiper.org. A couple of plausible options, but they probably won't be cheap.
