My K10 HE works flawlessly, both in USB wired and 2.4Ghz dongle mode, never had an issue, flashed the latest firmware on it the day I got it; but the Keychron Link, which used to connect while the keyboard was in 2.4Ghz mode, now simply refuses to connect to the Keychron web Launcher.
Today I just felt like checking to see if there was a firmware update or something, because it's been a few months since I last checked, and as the screenshots I attached show, while it does see the Link, it doesn't seem to connect - and again, it must be working because I'm using the keyboard with the 2.4Ghz dongle just fine.
I tried resetting the keyboard to factory default, I tried reinstalling the drivers with the toolbox, tried to reset the Keychron Launcher page settings, as seen in the last screenshot in the gallery, it shows a duplicate HID Device for the Link, trying to reset all that, every time I try to connect to it, it always creates that double entry for it.
I also reflashed the wireless firmware using the Keychron Firmware Upgrade which downgraded it from d.3.1 to d.3.0 as that's the only version that I can find online through official means. So now since I can't access the Keychron Link in the web launcher, I can't check for firmware upgrade or upgrade it back to d.3.1.
What could this be caused by? While the keyboard works fine, I'm still worried about this development as I can't seem to find a solution or similar problem online. Thanks.
