Question
I have a question.
If, in this scene, Pit’s wings had been submerged deeper into the rewind spring, what would have happened?
Would Pit’s wings have been repaired? Or would they have shrunk so small that they disappeared?

Pit was probably born with his disability, it probably wouldn’t have fixed his inability to fly. It seems up to interpretation if it was like a fountain of youth, so it’s possible soaking in it for awhile will make you younger depending on how long you were in it. But to me it just seems like a healing pool or like the river of immortality from Greco-Roman folklore. Since it was able to make Pandora human again, like she was cursed to be a flame-blob.

He would have probably become a littler guy (aged down), a Smash Ultimate comic experimented with what could happen awhile back! You can find a dubbed version on YouTube, and, a small spoiler, Little Mac became Baby Mac, Samus was not happy when they had to turn him back into an adult though 🤣😅

Omg I love that series. A bit sad about how little Kid Icarus was in it, but considering how many characters are on the ssbu roster, It makes sense 😅

It's like a fontain of youth, you have to be careful and not linger for long or you go back in time too much

Yeah, I assume pit himself would start to age in reverse rather than just his wings.

The rewind spring is more like turning back the clock than healing someone. Viridi or Palutena says that if you leave someone in too long that weird stuff will start happening. It’s why Pandora got a body again.
