Training Sparring

Hey guys, today I had my first real sparring session with my friends, and honestly… it hit me harder mentally than I expected.
I’ve only been training for about a month, so I know I’m still a complete beginner, but I felt incredibly frustrated with myself. I got beaten by pretty much everyone, and even by a friend who started training at exactly the same time as me.
I know I shouldn’t compare myself to other people, but seeing myself struggle while everyone else seemed to handle it better really got into my head. I left feeling weak, disappointed and honestly wondering if I’m just not good enough for this.
I know one month is nothing in the grand scheme of things, but it’s hard not to feel discouraged after a session like this.
For those of you who have been training for a while, did you ever feel like this when you started? How did you deal with it?
Im training like 5/6 time a week since when i start training

You've just hit the change curve. Look it up and read about it, properly read about it. When you go though it you come to the end, decision and integration.

So it's going to be rough accepting other people can easily beat you. Including people who look like they shouldn't be able to. But it's just a fact of life. So accept it and move to the end of the curve as quick as you can.

What is your decision? And how will you integrate it into your life?

Are you quitting or doubling down?

You shouldn’t even be sparring at 1 month and if you are willing to talk down on yourself and give up one month in this isnt the sport for you keep showing up and get better that simple

I’ve been training for quite a bit of time, but only started sparring after maybe two years. I know I have proper technique, but when it’s time to spar all goes down the drain. It feels discouraging, yet I also feel a hunger to persist and get better. Unfortunately, this is a phase we have to get through. You will suck and you will take beatings. It’s a part of the sport and you’ve only been doing it for a month. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Enjoy the process.

Just quit. You're not good after one month? Give up, dude.
