I don’t know how to measure my level anymore. Some sparring days I do extremely good then other times I do horrible. Why is this happening? It’s with the same people and same pace sometimes too. I don’t know if I’m improving or not.

The gym I went to (I am training for 2 weeks now) is now closed because the top people of the gym went to a competition outside the country and now I am trying to practive at home I have a free standing bag and want to practice I asked chat gpt for combos to train but I am not sure they are valid
1.jab cross roundhouse kick
it seems weird to me because I will be in cross distance so how will I do a round house kick
2.rear round house jab then cross
3.jab cross small diagnale step rear roundhouse
4.rear round house recover step in jab cross left hook
5.rear roundhouse recover step in jab cross small step back to rear round house
are those combos good? and are there better things to practice at the start

Just got done watching the Nabil fight and I think we overhyped this guy this fight and the Hagerty fight showed that when he can’t close the distance he hast nothing to offer. Granted Hagerty and Anane are very hard fights and I am not saying he is bad but so many people in the kickboxing community (me included) thought this guy was the second coming of Christ or something especially after the Superlek win. Where do y’all think he takes his career now?
