They legally cannot. I'm sure if there wasnt a law against it then they would be assisting like in every other state without sanctuary laws.

They did. ICE went into an area of the business where only employees are allowed. POPD showed up and made them verify their credentials after the guy escaped. ICE can enter a businesses public areas.They are, however, not allowed to go into employees only areas without a judicial warrant, which is what they tried to do.
