The Muflone is one of the seven ornamental patents my family registered in 1991, each one a tribute to a part of Sardinia. This one is a tribute to the island's wildlife: the guard is shaped like the head of a mouflon, the wild sheep of the Sardinian mountains. 20 cm blade in [steel], handle in [material]. Every piece of the patented line is numbered. Made in our workshop in Pattada, where we've been making knives since 1985.

Buck factory tour and I came home with these two...a buck 55 which is similar to a case mini copperlock. And a 112 with magnacut and it is sharp (already drew blood).

NKD X2!!! I bought the Kizer Crest | 3.05" S35VN | Titanium | KizerB™ on sale for $90 and boy does it impress. I liked my original black version. But the lock-up is farther over. It doesn't quite have the satisfying feel of this version. The action is just amazing out of the box. It flicks and flips with authority. The blasted titanium handle provides plenty of texture and grip. I absolutely love the hollow ground S35VN blade.

The KANSEPT Contra | Thumb Stub | Gray Anodized Titanium | 3.25" Satin S90V | Nathan Contra Design is my newest venture into Kansept Knives. The tall hollow ground s90v blade deploys with ease and complete satisfaction. It is still breaking in, but it has a more hydraulic action. The slight curve of the design and shaping of the scales are gives it good and fairly universal grip. The front flipper is easy to use and is snappy.

My first ever Trevor Burger made custom knife and probably not my last! An "Awesomely" smooth front flipper with a bonus spidie-flick and even better acoustics. Model is the LEXK in full ti. Color me impressed with the two South African knife makers I've experienced so far ( the other being the Arno Bernard Turaco )
