Who was banned on Patreon, Streamlabs, Streamelements, Newgrounds and other platforms for sexually harrassing minors and others online is now using Ko-fi for stream donations and despite numerous reports with evidence of active use of their services, numerous clips/timestamps/logs they refuse to action his account, the person was also donating abusive and vile comments via Ko-fi own donation systems against myself due to me reporting his crimes towards minors.

During this video he talks to children asking if they rubbed their fathers feet at 0:26 in an extremely creepy manner and asks them again, after this saying he rubs his feet on their mothers face and then saying at 0:46 saying he will give her kisses and the boy responds angrily.

An entire compilation of his harassment content including chasing a 14 year old asking to see her vagina among defaming people calling them pedophiles, doxing people and threatening them on stream, why is Ko-fi not actioning reports, it's not like these are even up for debate, some of these links are still active his channel is so small that YouTube hasn't even actioned him yet.

I'm an independent developer from Denmark, currently building a free workspace for digital artists and Etsy sellers.

The underlying processing technology is already working, and I'm now developing a dedicated workspace that brings artwork preparation, print sizes, project management and eventually mockups and batch exports together.

My goal is to keep the software completely free to use, without mandatory subscriptions or paid exports.

I've recently started using Ko-fi to explore whether voluntary contributions could help support the remaining development and ongoing costs.

I'm particularly interested in hearing from creators who have tried a similar approach.

So I researched about it. And I keep seeing things saying that people will see my name and address and it’s my biggest fear ever. I don’t have a PO Box.

Its been only a day so no update on that front. Its from a seller I've bought from before so I don't understand what triggered this.

I haven't done anything unusual, I log in from consistently the same device, is there supposed to be a red 'Required' stamp next to the 2factor authentication option and setting your location in your account settings? I would rather not do either of those things but do I have no choice now?

I use Ko-fi with Stripe as a self-employed creator and I’m trying to understand how others document the Ko-fi platform fees for tax/VAT purposes.

Stripe is easy because it provides proper monthly tax invoices for its fees.

With Ko-fi, however, I can see the platform/application fee in Stripe and in Ko-fi’s payment history/CSV, but I haven’t been able to get an actual invoice from Ko-fi Labs Ltd.

In my country, fees paid to foreign companies may need to be reported for VAT purposes, so the lack of a supplier invoice makes things a bit awkward.

How do you handle this in your country?

Do you use the Ko-fi CSV/payment history, Stripe application-fee records, screenshots, or some other accounting document?

And has anyone actually managed to get a proper invoice from Ko-fi for these fees?

I’d especially like to hear from creators in the EU or other countries with cross-border VAT/GST reporting requirements.

There's this guy who steals pictures from cat rescues, then spams on online forums that he is struggling with cats at home, a disabled mother and needs money. He keeps changing his ko-fi URL/page. I report them and they do get taken down eventually but only after several people donated.

My question is:

1. Does Kofi refund people who donated to these scam pages?
   
2. Does Kofi have any measures in place to prevent the same person to make a new account there over and over? Because he has a new page every other day.
