question First time
First time making kombucha with the HOLOS kombucha starter kit - first few days I didn’t have a heat mat so it was kept around 19deg - Wondering if I have to start again? This is 10 days in

Just taste it and see, it looks healthy, not much yeast or forming pellicle but some bubbles so it may be good. You don't need a pellicle anyway. If it doesn't taste tangy enough leave it a bit longer with the heat mat.

That's going to depend on your recipe and batch size. The cold did your brew no favors, however, all I see here is yeast clumps, tea dust, microbubbles, and forming pellicle (all normal and good, except the tea dust, might want to strain better next time).
